all access options to the parking

For all
user groups

CleverPark recognizes license plate numbers, making them one of the most convenient identifiers for parking. Your customers can park using one-time tickets and cards, pre-generated QR codes, or by using a bank card through the FastTrack system. Regular customers can use smart cards, RFID tags, or the vehicle’s license plate for identification.

Entry and exit
by the vehicle’s license plate

The CleverPark system allows entry, exit, and parking payment based on the vehicle’s license plate, without the need to scan a parking ticket or use an access card. A complex system of cameras and software recognizes license plate numbers and updates them in the parking system database.

When the vehicle’s license plate is recognized at the entrance, the system automatically checks for a linked identifier, such as a ticket, card, or subscription. If such an identifier is found, the system emulates its reading, allowing or denying the vehicle’s passage. This means that opening the vehicle window and presenting the identifier is only necessary when the license plate cannot be read.

When working with the vehicle’s license plate, the system applies the rules specified in the settings. If the recognized number is fewer than the specified number of characters, the system prohibits entry to the parking lot. Additionally, if the number at the exit differs from the entry by more characters than specified in the settings, exit is also prohibited. The operator can always allow passage in manual mode.

The system also warns of passages using cards or RFID tags where the number recognized in the parking lot differs from the one registered during entry. This helps ensure security and control when using cards and tags for parking payment.

Parking ticket on a receipt roll

This is a modern and hygienic form of identifier printed at the entrance on the entrance column. The driver receives a thermal ticket with a barcode or QR code, which is scanned upon exit or at the cashier. The main advantage of a parking ticket on a receipt roll is the low cost of standard receipt thermal paper compared to other types of identifiers. One roll of thermal paper corresponds to 2-3 thousand parking tickets. Black and white advertising messages can be placed on the front side of the thermal ticket.

Parking ticket on thermal cardboard

The ticket on thermal cardboard is printed upon entry. The driver receives a cardboard voucher with a barcode or QR code, which is scanned upon exit or at the cashier. The main disadvantage of this identifier is its cost, significantly higher than a parking voucher on thermal paper. On the other hand, the high density of the cardboard ticket suggests the premium nature of the property to which the parking belongs. Additionally, full-color advertising messages can be applied to the thermal cardboard ticket.

Passage with a smart card

The smart card identification system provides convenience and flexibility for regular customers. The driver presents the smart card to the card readers at the entrance and exit columns. Smart cards can be used as paid or free subscriptions, and they can be recharged through the administrator or parking cashiers. The cards comply with common standards and can be reversible and reprogrammable. Colorful images on the card’s surface make them unique and recognizable. Smart cards are protected against cloning and repeat passages, ensuring security and reliability in use.

Passage with a bank card —
FastTrack system

Introducing the FastTrack system from CleverPark. A bank card is used as an identifier at the entrance. Simply present the card to the entrance reader, and it automatically becomes your parking ticket. To pay for parking, present the card to the cashier’s reader. It will automatically calculate the cost and process the payment. At the exit, present the bank card to the exit reader. If there is a payment terminal at the exit, you can pay for parking on the way out, bypassing the cashier.

Passage with an RFID tag

Regular customers of your parking lot can use a special RFID tag affixed to the vehicle’s windshield as an identifier. The tag cannot be detached and transferred to another driver without breaking its integrity. Long-range readers equipped with RFID technology provide contactless customer identification in the parking lot. The system reacts almost instantly — in less than 1 second. The RFID tag functions as a subscription: funds are automatically debited from the account when exiting the parking lot, according to the selected tariff.

Passage with a QR code

Using the web interface of the CleverPark parking management system, you can issue a parking ticket in the form of a QR code and send it to your guests through a convenient messenger. It can be a pre-paid ticket, a discounted ticket, or a ticket that implies full payment.

Convenient
Payment
Methods

save visitors’ time and enhance the parking experience

The traditional method of paying at the cashier is not the most optimal option from this perspective.
CleverPark allows your visitors to pay for parking at the exit, bypassing the cashier, and also through a special web application by scanning the parking ticket’s QR code with their smartphones.

Payment at the Kiosk

This is the standard method of paying for parking. In the automatic cashier, payment can be made with cash notes and coins, and change can be obtained through the recycling system. Payment by credit card—contact or contactless—is also available, using the bank terminal. Additionally, it is possible to top up a subscription or a personal account. Upon payment, the customer either receives a receipt confirming the transaction or a QR code with a link to the electronic version of the receipt is displayed on the cashier’s screen. The cashier accepts various identifiers, such as parking tickets, smart cards, QR codes, or vehicle registration numbers. This makes the payment process convenient and flexible.

Payment at the Exit

If the exit column is equipped with a bank terminal, your customers can pay for parking with a credit card when leaving the parking lot, bypassing the cashier. This significantly saves visitors’ time.

Payment from the Personal Account (Smart Cards, RFID Tags, License Plate Numbers)

Parking payment can be made from the visitor’s or organization’s replenishable personal account. This method is used when working with subscriptions. Smart cards, RFID tags, or vehicle registration numbers can be used as identifiers in this case.

Payment through the Web App

We provide our customers with a personalized web application for convenient parking payment using their smartphones. The application interface can be customized according to your corporate style, including the placement of the logo and the use of brand colors.

Customers scan the QR code on the parking ticket, which simultaneously serves as a link to a secure parking payment page. On this page, they can pay for parking with a credit card or using popular banking systems. The web application also allows users to reserve a parking space and prepay for a parking session.

Manage

Multiple Parking Lots

from Anywhere in the World

Take control of your parking spaces with a unified web interface. Zone your parking lot, setting unique entry rules and pricing for each zone, monitor parking occupancy, and keep visitors informed about available spaces.

Centralized Management
of Parking Networks

CleverPark system allows you to monitor and manage multiple parking lots through a single interface. It also works with shared data, such as parking sessions, payments, and more.

Remote Control
and Monitoring

Our parking system enables operators to remotely monitor equipment status and control activities on the parking lot through cameras. The system allows individual control of entry and payment kiosks.

Parking Zoning:
Flexible Pricing
and Access Management

CleverPark includes parking zoning, allowing you to adjust tariffs based on the zone a vehicle enters. You can create nested zones with different pricing. Have complete control over entry rules: customize access to zones or individual kiosks. For example, you can restrict passage through a specific kiosk for certain user categories or specific vehicle classes.

Parking System
Tariff Configurator

The system presents two tariff options—basic, depending on the vehicle class (automatically determined upon entry), and individual tariffs that you can assign to your regular customers.

Customizing tariffs provides maximum flexibility. You can set an unlimited number of periods with corresponding costs. Each parking zone can have its unique pricing. Additionally, you can specify a time during which the parking fee won’t increase after payment (tariff pause) and set the tariff’s start time. It’s essential to note that changing an active tariff will apply to new parking sessions, while sessions started before the tariff change will continue under the previous tariff version. The tariff can also be changed during an ongoing parking session, recalculating the parking cost according to the new tariff from the entry moment.

Parking Space Counting
and Restriction of Entry in Full Lots

Our parking system automatically tracks available parking spaces. When reaching maximum capacity, the system informs drivers that all spaces are occupied and temporarily restricts entry for new vehicles. You can manually adjust the count of available spaces through the management interface.

Prohibition of Duplicate
and Transit Entries

You can eliminate a grace period for vehicles re-entering the parking lot within a specific time interval. This function is based on license plate recognition.

Black and White
Lists for Parking

Blacklist: If a vehicle’s license plate is on the blacklist and recognized upon entry, access for such customers is blocked (no tickets issued or cards read). This helps control access for unwanted visitors.

Whitelist: If a vehicle’s license plate is on the whitelist and recognized upon entry, the customer can enter automatically without a ticket or card. The barrier opens automatically without any action from the driver.

Gate Barrier Handling

CleverPark system can operate with gate barriers. This feature is often in demand at airports. The concept involves placing a vehicle between two barriers during exit, with the second barrier opening only after the closure of the first. This prevents two vehicles from exiting one after the other.

Offer

Discounts and Invitations

Enhance your customer experience by providing discounts and parking invitations through QR codes or license plate recognition systems. Manage subscriptions and customer/company accounts, and participate in loyalty programs for your tenants.

Parking Subscriptions

CleverPark system allows flexible management of subscriptions. Typically, subscriptions are valid for a specific duration or amount defined by you. They can be extended by replenishing the visitor’s or company’s account. You can assign specific parking zones or specific kiosks to a subscription. To identify visitors, smart cards, vehicle license plates, or RFID tags can be used.

Discounts on Parking Payment

Grant your customers discounts on parking payments using a QR code, which can be scanned at the kiosk or used for payment through a web application. The system also includes a feature tailored for intercepting parking lots – visitors receive a parking discount when scanning a card for public transport.

Loyalty Programs
for Tenants and Parking Visitors

According to system settings, your tenants—shops, cafes, or service-oriented businesses—can offer parking payment discounts to their customers. The tenant scans the visitor’s parking ticket and provides a discount. The discount amount is then subject to mutual offset between you and the tenant.

Invitation via License Plate and QR

You can invite guests by providing them with a complimentary parking ticket. To do this, generate and send a QR code to the guest or, in systems equipped with license plate recognition, add the guest’s vehicle registration number to the database.

Two-Way

Communication

Client — Parking Operator

Enable effective support for visitors and quick issue resolution on the parking lot through two-way video communication between the client and the parking operator. Graphic and voice prompts enhance the customer experience when interacting with parking devices.

Audio and Video
Communication
with the Parking Operator

Two-way video communication can be initiated either by the client at the kiosk or barrier or by the operator, for instance, in the case of a prolonged delay of a vehicle at the barrier or a customer at the kiosk. The parking administrator can view the user’s screen to better understand the nature of the inquiry.

Graphic and Voice Prompts

Display graphic and sound messages for the client when interacting with the devices. For example, indicating the reason for entry denial: blocked card, RFID tag, expired subscription, unpaid ticket, etc., reminding to take the receipt, or signaling «Proceed» when the barrier opens.

Multilingual Interface

The standard includes a bilingual interface with the option to choose between English and other language, which can be supplemented with any other languages upon request.

Customizable Ticket Appearance

ailor the ticket appearance according to your preferences. You can include entry time, vehicle registration number, booth number, tariff, and add arbitrary text.

Tools for Time, Traffic,
and Financial Management

We provide all the necessary tools for tracking time, traffic, and finances in the parking lot. Generate standard or custom reports, manage system events, and review user activity logs.

Photo Documentation
of Vehicle Entry and Exit

For each passage, the system captures three photos of the vehicle: the first as it approaches the kiosk with the license plate recognition camera, the second from the camera on the kiosk’s front panel, and the third as the vehicle passes the license plate recognition camera to ensure it moves forward, not backward.

Parking Session Tracking

leverPark’s parking system maintains a record of all parking sessions, allowing for filtering, exporting to xlsx, displaying photos, and accessing the parking session card. The session card includes photos of the vehicle and driver from the system’s cameras, passage times, identifier numbers (ticket, smart card, RFID tag, license plate), parking cost, discounts, fines, and payments. Active session features include blocking the identifier, providing benefits, printing a new ticket, initiating payment, changing the tariff, closing the parking session, and acknowledging debt.

Reports

The system comes with standard reports on parking sessions, passages, payments, operator calls, system events, and user actions. Reports can be customized based on any data in the reporting database, synchronized with the main parking system database. Having a separate database for reports reduces the load on the main parking system database, allowing your reports to contain any amount of data.

List of System Events

An automatically updated list of system events serves as a log, providing a comprehensive view of all events in the system. It offers filtering and export options for event lists.

Activity Log

The user activity log allows you to view information about operations performed by users in the system. It supports filtering by operation type or user and exporting such lists.

In Line with Your

Brand
Style

Parking devices can be customized to align with your company’s brand style. This integration ensures that parking facilities seamlessly blend into their surroundings while accentuating the recognizability of your brand. Device screens, parking tickets, and cards can serve as effective advertising mediums.

Branding Devices

Choose a housing color that best complements your corporate style. This allows for the seamless integration of parking devices into their surroundings, emphasizing your brand’s identity. Additionally, your company’s logo can be prominently displayed on the device housings.

Screen Advertising

Our parking system provides the option to display logos or advertisements on the waiting screens of parking kiosks and payment terminals. This feature helps capture the audience’s attention and promotes your brands or products. We offer flexible content customization for screens, maximizing the use of space and engaging parking visitors with interesting offers and information.

Ticket and Card Advertising

Tickets on receipt tape allow for black-and-white advertising messages on the front side. Thermal cardboard tickets and smart cards provide the opportunity for full-color advertising messages.

Device

Maintenance

Made Easy

The CleverPark notification system streamlines device maintenance, providing real-time updates on the parking management interface. For instance, it can alert operators about low ticket paper levels. We’ve prioritized the user-friendliness of parking devices, with components requiring regular maintenance, such as printers, installed on extendable guides.

Notification System

Monitor the performance of each device through the «Interactive Map» section of the parking management interface. This interactive map displays all parking devices, with color-coded indicators signaling their status. Events are categorized by colors; for instance, orange denotes non-critical errors, while red warns about issues that may disrupt equipment operation. The system can alert operators about imminent ticket paper depletion in the entrance kiosk, automatically pausing its operation when paper runs out. The cash register displays the quantity and total value of accepted bills, as well as bills for change.

Convenience in Maintenance and Collection

Devices requiring regular maintenance, like printers, are installed on extendable guides for easy access. The cash register has separate service and collection zones, ensuring that technical personnel cannot access the financial area. Collectors access the cash register’s service menu using a smart card, eliminating the need for manual data input.

Your Journey,

Our Priority

Our system is equipped with a set of features tailored for customer interaction, such as handling discounts for specific citizen categories or providing a tenant portal. The tenant portal empowers your clients to manage subscriptions, handle their accounts, and submit requests for parking access.

Tenant Portal for Parking Management and Account Handling

The tenant portal facilitates customer interaction by allowing them to manage subscriptions, handle their accounts, and request access to the parking area. Within this portal, you can work with customer identifiers (smart cards, RFID tags, license plates), deduct parking fees from their accounts, and set tariffs.

Handling Discounts for Specific Citizen Categories

This feature proves beneficial if your parking facility involves dealings with citizen categories eligible for discounts, such as a station or airport parking. Discounts can be applied at any poin — either upon entry or before exiting the parking area. Applying a discount with a specified reason reduces the parking fee to zero, enabling the visitor to exit without payment.

Printing a Lost Parking Ticket

Printing a lost parking ticket can be initiated by the visitor or parking operator upon the visitor’s request at the payment kiosk. This function allows the reprinting of a duplicate parking ticket, along with the application of a penalty that is added to the parking fee.
